I Avenue Estate

Our Coronado portfolio covers hand-tended jobs across the island, from bayfront beds on Ocean Blvd and 1st St to tight period lots on B Ave, C Ave, and J Ave. We design, build, and maintain each one, choosing the plant palette and irrigation for salt air and afternoon sun off the bay before a quote goes out.

We have finished and photographed jobs at 100 I Ave, 409 and 420 1st St, 545 and 667 Ocean Blvd, 609 1st St, 641 Balboa Ave, 653 B Ave, 745 J Ave, and 753 C Ave, plus commercial work for Banc of California. Every one of those lots sits inside Coronado's salt-air zone.

Our Coronado portfolio includes eleven verified properties across Ocean Boulevard, 1st Street, B Avenue, C Avenue, J Avenue, and Balboa Avenue, plus the Banc of California commercial site. Most are full design-build jobs on lots between 4,000 and 12,000 square feet. Sam Fortes draws every plan and walks every install.

Eleven Coronado addresses sit on this page. Over a decade of hand-tended work between Ocean Boulevard and J Avenue. Lot sizes run 4,000 to 12,000 square feet.
