Maintenance is the part of this trade most companies treat as filler — a lower-paid crew sent out to mow and blow. We treat it as the actual product. Most of the value of a well-designed yard is in the year-three pruning, not the year-one install.
Our maintenance accounts are standing — same crew, same day, same time of week. Samuel walks every account at least monthly. We don't do drop-in jobs.
What's on every visit
- Mowing and edging the lawn (where there is one)
- Detail pruning — selective, plant-by-plant, never hedge-trimmer-on-everything
- Bed cleanup, weed pull, leaf blowing
- Irrigation walk — head check, leak look, controller adjust
- Mulch refresh as needed (usually once or twice a year)
- Photo log of any issues we spotted

Weekly
Best for properties with active lawn, mature gardens, or rentals where the look matters week-to-week.
Bi-weekly / Monthly
Best for drought-tolerant yards and front-yard-only accounts. We pair this with a quarterly deep visit.

Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our accounts hand us a gate code and we send a photo log after each visit.
What if a plant dies?
If it's within the first year of an install we did, we replace it. After that, we'll diagnose and quote the swap.
Can we add visits before a party?
Yes. Just text Samuel a day or two ahead. We slot extra visits where we can.
