Job-site hours run Monday through Thursday 7am to 6pm, Friday 7am to 7pm, and Saturday 8am to noon.

Turf Installation

Locally-sourced fresh sod and quality artificial turf. Properly graded and prepped — we don't lay turf on a base we wouldn't sleep on.

Numbers we work to on this island. Pavers go over 4 inches of compacted base with edge restraint set on every open edge. Drain lines get pitched a quarter inch per foot of fall. Retained height past roughly 4 feet stops being a C-27 planting scope and needs engineering, and we say so before you pay us anything. Irrigation runs brass and stainless heads on pressure-rated PVC because plated hardware pits out within a season in salt air. Street-facing hedges on the estate blocks get held near 42 inches to the design review board expectation. Irrigation Installation & Design

We design and install drip and spray irrigation for Coronado and Point Loma yards. On bayfront lots the salt air corrodes hardware fast, so we set a 25 PSI regulator and run drip emitters at 1 to 2 gallons per hour to keep water at the roots instead of misting onto the sidewalk in the afternoon heat.

On the Ocean Blvd and 545 Ocean Blvd beds, full afternoon sun off the water dries drip lines fast, so we audit existing irrigation before any planting plan and zone full-sun beds separately from the shaded side yards. A standard Coronado system runs roughly $1,500 to $4,500 installed depending on yard size and head count.
