North Park is a dense neighborhood of older bungalows, courtyard apartments, and street-front commercial lots along University Avenue and 30th Street. In our experience the grounds here are small, often a 2,500 sq ft strip or courtyard, tightly framed, and seen daily by tenants and customers.
