We run commercial and HOA accounts the way we run our residential ones: a standing schedule, the same team, and Samuel Fortes, the owner, involved in every property.
We are a small Coronado company, licensed, bonded and insured, and we have been working in Coronado and Point Loma for over a decade.

What a commercial account includes
Every property is different, so we set how often we are out there based on what the site needs. On each visit we take care of the general upkeep of the grounds:
- Lawn mowing and edging, where there is turf
- Pruning of hedges, shrubs and entry plantings
- Bed cleanup, weeding and leaf removal
- Irrigation checks and controller adjustments
- Planters and container plantings kept full and healthy
Bigger work gets scoped and quoted on its own: design and construction, irrigation installation, hardscape, lighting, and cleanup and rehab for a property that needs to be brought back before regular maintenance makes sense.

Can you send a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We are licensed (CSLB #1152146), bonded and insured, and we send a certificate of insurance to any property manager or HOA board that asks for one.
How often would you be out at the property?
It depends on the property. We set the visit frequency around what each site needs, then keep it on a standing schedule.
What areas do you cover for commercial work?
Coronado, Imperial Beach, Point Loma, Downtown San Diego, North Park, Hillcrest, Adams Avenue and Mission Valley.
Do you work with HOAs?
Yes. In Coronado we work with Coronado Villas HOA, and we have worked with property management companies including KORSON Properties.
Do you take on one-time projects as well as maintenance?
Yes. Alongside standing maintenance we handle landscape design and construction, irrigation, hardscape, lighting, and cleanup and rehab of properties that have gotten away from the last crew.
